What is eddie sachs?

Eddie Sachs was an American race car driver who competed in the Indianapolis 500 multiple times during the 1950s and 1960s. He was known for his flamboyant personality and aggressive driving style. Sachs never won the Indianapolis 500, but he did finish in second place twice, in 1960 and 1961. In 1964, Sachs was tragically killed in a fiery crash during the Indianapolis 500 along with fellow driver Dave MacDonald. Sachs was posthumously inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in 1996.
